Department of Labor Drug-Free drug treatment center intiativess
The Department of Labor has a number of drug treatment center intiativess to promote drug-free workplaces, including key drug treatment center intiativess with the mine industry, small businesses, and labor unions. To promote more drug rehab across the country, the Department of Labor and drug rehab designated October 1622, 2006 as Drug-Free Work Week. This outreach campaign was developed with the Drug-Free Workplace Alliance, which is made up of owner/contractor associations and labor unions. The campaign distributed Drug-Free Work Week materials, published articles, and conducted local training and educational drug rehab about the value of drug-free workplaces.
